The AMC ensures longevity of computers and trouble-free operations. We have 9 to 9 365 days call centre. On-site services are provided if the problem cannot be resolved off-site over the telephone. Our call centre is well trained to give you telephonic support during your entire period of contract.

It is the cheapest way to keep your computers in shape.

2. Facility Management Services

Facility Management Services (FMS): is a way of providing onsite services which takes care of your entire IT management. This gives flexibility to you to concentrate on your business activities leaving the entire IT Management to us.

The team is supporting all the customers falling under the AMC support, led by their respective group Leader. Entire team is managed by the Assistant Service Manager

2. New Installation Group (NIG)
The team is responsible for handling deployment of new hardware, Software, networking or any integrated project Management. This ensures high level of focus and consistency while handling the projects. The respective Coordinator leads the team

3. Facilities Management Group (FMG)
Most of the technical strength is resident at the customer site taking care of entire IT management for the customer. The team includes highly skilled, experienced and professional engineers backed by the back office staff. The Different sites are led by Group FM Leaders

4. Technical Support Group (TSG)
It is a team of highly skilled engineers available at the office to support all the customers and the engineers on the fields for different technical escalations. This team also engages into core competency development exercise through internal trainings. This team specializes in installation and implementation of big projects networks / LAN/WAN and has a team of senior engineers. The TSG group located at our office at #212, Jhalawar, Patanwala Compound Ghatkoper (W) Mumbai, trains the field engineers for various product

Located at Ghatkopar (W), Mumbai with team of TSG engineers to support customers & engineers. HSC team is taking care of all India calls & help customers to log calls in their respective regions.

PANACHE provides services not only in metro cities but also in remote locations across India. We have 87 Service locations in India where customer get after sales services. These centers are operated by PANACHE regional team or by our business partners having wide experience of handling customer support in their region. PANACHE Part Replacement Centers (RMA)
